End user had connectivity issue, as well as several program conflicts. Charles restored connectivity by resetting the modem and resetting the connection in Windows. He updated all windows software and removed conflicting security software, including an old version of McAfee as well as the old ATT security package. He updated with the new McAfee suite available from ATT to complete the protection for this unit. Updated to a newer version of MS Explorer as well.

This order was for the set up and installation of a Abbra Wireless Home Security – Web-Enabled Kit from Home Technology Store. Boot Networks was to set up a motion detector and the included door window contacts and set up the system on the customer’s home network.

This wireless security system package connects directly to any high-speed internet (Including Hughes Satellite Internet). Charles installed the end users wireless security system, including mounting a sensor on the front and back door, as well as a motion detecter in the living room. He assisted in the activation of the device and tested. He then gave a brief tutorial.
