Just follow these easy steps to get started:

Call Boot Networks Technical Support at 619-890-0095 to begin the process. In general, appointments may be made for same day service at no extra charge.  Remote Support is billed at $2.00/minute with a $5.00/one time connection charge.  This step must be completed prior to downloading the Remote Help client in order to ensure that a technician will be available to work on your computer. When directed by a Support Engineer, click the link below to allow Boot Networks to connect to your PC.

Click HERE for remote support.  If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you will see the screen above after you click on the download link.  Click Run. 

Click Run again

 *NOTE: If you have a firewall on your computer, it may ask for permission to allow remhelp.exe to access the internet. Be sure to allow access, or the connection will not be established. 

Enter Session ID

To join a session, ask the Boot Networks Remote Support Technician for the 9-digit session ID and enter it here.  Click Join Session button.
